01Who we are
“.beeasy digital factory” is the trade name used by Maddalena Iazzetta (NIF Z3301720Y) and Pietro Annella (NIF Z3301693W), self-employed professionals (autónomos) registered in Spain. As joint data controllers, we decide together how the personal data collected through this website is used.
We are a small studio, and we try to collect only what we need to answer you and to work well together. This policy follows the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Spanish data protection law (LOPDGDD).
02What data we collect
When you fill in the “start a project” questionnaire or write to us, we collect what you choose to share: your name, email address, company or project name, and the details you give us about your project, timing and budget. If you apply to join the collective, we also collect your role, portfolio or profile links and what you tell us about your work.
If you book a call, Google Calendar collects your name, email address and the time slot you choose. While you browse the site, our analytics tool (Google Analytics 4) collects usage data such as pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location, only if you accept it in the cookie banner. We never ask for sensitive data, so please don’t send it.
03Why we use it
To reply to your request, prepare a proposal and organise calls: this is a step you ask us to take before a possible contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR). To manage the project and invoicing if we work together: performance of the contract and our tax and accounting obligations (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR).
To evaluate applications to the collective and contact you about suitable projects: your consent, given when you send the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR). To understand how the site is used and improve it: your consent through the cookie banner (art. 6.1.a GDPR). We don’t make automated decisions about you, we don’t build profiles and we don’t send newsletters.
04How long we keep it
Project enquiries and call bookings: up to two years after our last contact, unless a project starts. Client data: for as long as we work together, then for the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law (generally up to six years). Collective applications: up to two years, or until you ask us to delete them.
Analytics data: for the retention period set in Google Analytics 4, never longer than 14 months. When these periods end, we delete the data or make it anonymous.
05Who we share it with
We don’t sell or rent your data. We share it only with the providers that help us run the website and the studio, who process it on our behalf and under contract: Google (Google Workspace and Google Calendar, for email and call bookings), Aruba S.p.A. (website hosting, servers in the EU) and Google Analytics 4 (analytics). When we work on a project with a specialist from the collective, we share only what they need for that project.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In those cases the transfer is covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or by the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We may also disclose data when required by law.
06Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this doesn’t affect what we did before. Write to hello@beeasydesign.com and we’ll reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm your identity.
If you think we haven’t handled your data properly, tell us first and we’ll do our best to fix it. You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
