01What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work the same way. Some are needed for the site to work; others, like analytics cookies, are optional and are only used if you agree.
This policy explains which ones beeasydesign.com uses, why, and how you can choose. It complements our privacy policy and follows the Spanish law on information society services (LSSI, art. 22.2), the GDPR and the guidelines of the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
02Cookies we use
Necessary: they remember your language and your cookie choice. They don’t identify you, don’t track you across sites and are always active, because the site needs them to respect your choices.
Analytics (optional): Google Analytics 4 tells us how many people visit the site, which pages they read and from which kind of device, so we can improve it. They are set only after you click “accept all” or turn analytics on in the preferences. We don’t use advertising or profiling cookies.
03Third-party cookies
Google Analytics cookies are set by Google Ireland Ltd. and Google LLC, who may process the data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We use Google Consent Mode: until you accept, Google Analytics stores nothing in your browser. You can read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
When you click “book a call”, you leave our site and go to Google Calendar, which applies its own cookies and privacy policy. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts: this doesn’t set cookies, but your browser shares its IP address with Google to download them.
04How to manage them
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept all, reject all or choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the site works the same either way. You can change your choice at any time from “cookie settings” in the footer or with the button on this page; if you withdraw consent, we delete the analytics cookies.
We keep your choice for 12 months, then ask you again. You can also block or delete cookies from your browser settings (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge), or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
